By travelling with us, students will build 21st century leadership skills that can serve them in their futures. Students come to appreciate the diversity of Singapore and what it means to “be Singaporean” in an ethnically, religiously, and culturally diverse nation, pushing their understanding of both the existence of deep commonalities as well as the value of difference. Our MBA trip in Singapore will give students an understanding of the micro and macro economy in the region they are visiting, and our excursion-based learning experiences are designed to allow students to observe economic and business practices.

Itinerary

Day 1

After taking the overnight Friday evening flight you will arrive early morning on 08 February feeling fully refreshed, this flight gives you maximum time in Singapore. You will complete all of the Airport formalities, and then meet your personalized coach for your transfer to your accommodation.

Day 2

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel you will be collected by your coach driver and transfer to one of the major companies in Singapore. 
Once the itinerary has been agreed we will contact the company(s) to ask them for a visit.These visits will provide you with invaluable insights into the operations, strategies, and cultures of some of the world’s leading businesses. 

By observing and interacting with professionals in their work environments, you will gain a deeper understanding of real-world business practices, which will greatly complement your theoretical knowledge.  The visits are subject to the availability of the company. 

After a very enjoyable ay learning abour the business prcatices of leaing worrl companies you will enjoy inner before heaing back to your hotel accommodation.

Day 3

Today is a fun day! After enjoying breakfast at your hotel you will meet your coach and be driven to Sentosa Island for a full day of many different activities and fun.

Spending a full day at Sentosa Island offers a rich and diverse experience, perfect for groups looking to combine fun and adventure.  

Start your day with a visit to Universal Studios Singapore, where thrilling rides and themed attractions can easily fill half your day.

Universal Studios Singapore is a treasure trove of exhilarating rides that will leave you breathless with excitement. Get ready to embark on a wild journey through the thrilling Revenge of the Mummy, an indoor roller coaster that combines heart-pounding drops, sudden twists, and immersive special effects. For adrenaline junkies seeking an adrenaline rush, Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon offers an epic dueling roller coaster experience like no other.

Feel the wind in your hair as you soar through loops, inversions, and high-speed twists. Brace yourself for a wet and wild adventure on Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure, where you'll navigate treacherous river rapids amidst prehistoric creatures. Hold on tight as you plummet down a towering waterfall!

For a dose of fun, don't miss out on Madagascar- a Crate Adventure, an enchanting boat ride that takes you through the vibrant world of your favorite Madagascar characters. Universal Studios Singapore is a realm of non-stop entertainment, offering an array of thrilling rides that will make your heart race and your spirits soar.  

Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime as you dive into the magical world of Universal Studios Singapore! 

Having spent most of the day at Universal Studios you can embark on the unique Singapore Cable Car experience where you can get picture perfect views of Singapore from a different perspective as you climb aboard the unique Singapore Cable Car. Relish 360-degree views of the city's southern precinct as you soar high above the scenic highway. Fly high above the hill of Mount Faber and through a skyscraper to cross the harbor. Look for dolphins down below at Adventure Cove Waterpark at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore.

You can also pay a visit to the Sentosa Cable Car Museum and see the world's largest cable car cabin made out of Lego!

As the evening approaches buy some dinner before discovering the enchanting spectacle of the "Wings of Time" show in Singapore, an immersive multimedia experience that unfolds against the picturesque backdrop of Sentosa's  Siloso Beach. 

As the sun sets, the open-air theater comes alive with a mesmerizing fusion of lights, water, and music. Be transported on a captivating journey through time and fantasy. From dazzling special effects to intricate choreography, each scene unfolds with breathtaking beauty and precision, captivating viewers of all ages. As the show draws to a close, bask in the magic of the moment and reflect on the timeless themes of courage, friendship, and adventure. There is so much to do and see on Sentosa you may want two days!

After a long but thoroughly enjoyable and fun day your coach will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. 

Day 4 
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel your coach will meet you.

Your first visit today will be Block 71, Singapore’s innovation and startup hub, is a dynamic center for entrepreneurial activity.  Located in the Ayer Rajah industrial estate, it provides an ideal environment for tech startups to launch and grow their ventures.
Established through collaboration between the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Media Development Authority (MDA), and Singtel Innov8, Block 71 was initially focused on media and technology startups. 

Over time, it has expanded to include a diverse range of tech industries and innovation-driven enterprises. Block 71 offers co-working spaces, incubators, accelerators, meeting spaces, and technical resources to support startups.

These facilities foster collaboration, provide mentorship, and offer access to essential infrastructure for tech development. The vibrant community at Block 71 encourages networking and knowledge exchange. Regular events, such as meetups, hackathons, and seminars, provide opportunities for startups to connect with peers, mentors, and potential investors. 

Visitors can participate in guided tours, workshops, talks, and mentorship sessions to learn about startup culture, innovation strategies, and practical aspects of entrepreneurship. These activities offer insights into real-world startup operations and success stories.

Block 71 has nurtured several successful startups that have made significant impacts locally and globally, including Carousell, ShopBack, and PatSnap. A visit to Block 71 provides inspiration, practical learning opportunities, and networking connections for students and aspiring entrepreneurs alike.  It offers a glimpse into the vibrant startup ecosystem driving innovation in Singapore. You will not be anything but inspired after this very interesting and educational visit.

You will then buy lunch before embarking on a visit to the National Museum of Singapore.

The National Museum of Singapore, established in 1887, is the oldest museum in Singapore. It offers visitors a comprehensive journey through the nation's history and cultural heritage. The museum is housed in a beautifully restored neoclassical building, combining traditional architecture with modern amenities.

Inside, visitors can explore various galleries and exhibitions that cover different periods of Singapore's history. The Singapore History Gallery is a highlight, offering a chronological narrative of the nation's development from its early days as a trading port to its present-day status as a global metropolis.  

Interactive displays, multimedia presentations, and historical artifacts bring the past to life, providing an immersive learning experience. Other galleries include Modern Colony, which focuses on life in Singapore during the 1920s and 1930s, and Growing Up, which offers a nostalgic look at childhood in Singapore from the 1950s to the 1970s.

The museum also houses the Goh Seng Choo Gallery, featuring a collection of natural history drawings and specimens. In addition to its permanent exhibitions, the National Museum of Singapore hosts temporary exhibitions, workshops, film screenings, and cultural performances throughout the year. These events offer visitors opportunities to delve deeper into specific aspects of Singapore's history and culture, as well as to engage with contemporary issues and perspectives.

After a very interesting day you will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before heading back to your hotel.

Day 5
After enjoying breakfast your coach will meet you and take you to the National University of Singapore. The National University of Singapore (NUS) is a leading global university located in Singapore. 

Established in 1905, it is the oldest higher education institution in the country. NUS consistently ranks among the top universities worldwide, renowned for its academic excellence, innovative research, and diverse student body.

You will then explore Chinatown and Little India. This tour will help you understand the multi-cultural aspects of Singapore Chinatown and Little India which are vibrant cultural enclaves in Singapore, each offering a unique glimpse into the city-state's diverse heritage.

Chinatown is characterised by its bustling streets lined with traditional shophouses, temples, and vibrant markets. Visitors can explore historical landmarks like the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and sample authentic Chinese cuisine at local eateries.

In contrast Little India is a bustling neighborhood known for its colorful streets, aromatic spice shops, and bustling markets. Visitors can immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and flavors of Indian culture, from ornate temples like Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple to traditional clothing stores and street-side stalls selling Indian snacks and sweets.  Both neighborhoods offer rich cultural experiences and are must-visit destinations for tourists and locals alike.

After this very interesting tour have some free time before embarking on a Night Safari. The night safari offers a unique and enchanting wildlife experience unlike any other. As the world's first nocturnal zoo, it allows visitors to observe fascinating nocturnal animals in their natural habitats under  the cover of darkness. Set within a lush rainforest environment, the Night Safari features a diverse range of animal species, including rare and endangered creatures such as tigers, Asian elephants, and Malayan tapirs.

Day 6 
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel your coach will meet you and take you to the iconic and world famous Raffles Hotel.  Raffles Hotel holds a distinguished place in Singapore's history and culture, tracing its origins back to the late 19th century.  Established in 1887 by Armenian hoteliers, the Sarkies Brothers, the hotel quickly became an iconic symbol of luxury and elegance in colonial Singapore.

Its namesake, Sir Stamford Raffles, the founder of modern Singapore, inspired the hotel's name, reflecting its connection to the city's heritage. Over the years, Raffles Hotel has welcomed an illustrious array of guests, including royalty, dignitaries, celebrities, and literary figures. After a thoroughly interesting morning you will embark on a Singapore Cooking Class. For a unique culinary experience, students can participate in specialty cooking classes that focus on specific aspects of Singaporean cuisine, such as Peranakan or Nyonya cuisine, Malay cuisine, or Chinese dim sum making.

These classes offer a deeper dive into the cultural and historical background of each cuisine, along with hands-on cooking instruction. Many cooking schools and culinary organizations in Singapore offer customized cooking programs for groups, allowing students to tailor their culinary experience based on their interests, dietary preferences, and skill levels. These programs may include team-building activities, competitive cooking challenges, or themed cooking parties.

After a fun afternoon you will have some free time before heading back to your hotel to freshen up and change and enjoy your last dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 7
Today is the last day of your trip and after enjoying breakfast at your hotel you will check out by 1100 am and store your luggage whilst you embark on your last day of activity. Start by heading to Orchard Road where there are many shops and malls catering to all budgets.

For students a great place is East Plaza a shopping mall popular among young locals and tourists for its affordable fashion and streetwear. With multiple levels of shops selling everything from clothing and shoes to accessories and gadgets, it's a great place to score trendy finds at bargain prices.

Alternatively take a wander round Bugis Street a bustling street market known for its affordable fashion finds and trendy accessories. With hundreds of stalls selling clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories at wallet-friendly prices, it's a favorite shopping destination for budget-conscious young shoppers.

Another great are for students is Haji Lane in the Kampong Glam neighborhood a hip and eclectic shopping street lined with independent boutiques, vintage shops, and quirky cafes. Here, young shoppers can find unique fashion pieces, handmade crafts, and trendy accessories that won't break the bank.

You will then head back to your hotel, collect your luggage and board your coach for your flight back to Dubai at 2100
