Umrah

Umrah

Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage to Makka (Mecca) in Saudi Arabia that can be performed at any time of the year, unlike Hajj, which has specific dates. Though not obligatory, Umrah holds great spiritual value for Muslims. It involves rituals such as entering a state of purity (Ihram), performing Tawaf by circling the Kaaba seven times, and walking seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwah. Many Muslims see Umrah as a way to seek forgiveness, renew their faith, and strengthen their connection with Allah. While shorter than Hajj, Umrah is a meaningful and revered act of worship.
